SQL Server Change Tracking for Kafka

A lightweight alternative to using CDC (Change Data Capture). The service streams the changes from Microsoft SQL Server change tracking to kafka. The service publishes the changes as a JsonObject to Kafka. The service can also maintain the table schemas in the schema registry or a dedicated topic.
